Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms govern your use of FindMyInventory (findmyinventory.app), operated by [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a pass you agree to them.
1. What the service does
FindMyInventory reads publicly available Apple Store pickup availability and shows it to you, and, if you buy a pass, sends you alerts when a product you chose appears at a store you chose. Checking stock on the site is free.
2. Not affiliated with Apple
FindMyInventory is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, made by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone and Apple Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. We cannot reserve, hold or sell any product. Reservations are made by you, directly with Apple, and are subject to Apple's terms.
3. No guarantee
Availability changes by the second and depends on information Apple publishes, which may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, or unavailable to us at times. We do not guarantee that stock shown is accurate, that an alert will arrive, that it will arrive in time, or that a product will still be available when you try to reserve it. Notifications depend on third parties (your browser, Apple Push Notification service, email and messaging providers) that we don't control. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Passes and payment
A pass costs $5.99 (US dollars, plus any applicable tax), is a one-time payment, and gives you alerts for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you buy another pass. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Refunds
If the service didn't work for you, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your pass in full. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Refunded or charged-back passes stop sending alerts immediately. Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
- One person per pass. Don't resell or share alerts or accounts.
- Don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or bypass its limits.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules; if we do so without cause we will refund the unused portion of your pass.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missing a product, travel costs, or price differences.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it while your pass is active, we will refund the unused portion. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
